１．MENU

◆Swedish Massage　 

“Relax all of the muscles in your body and release any tension”

​

A Swedish massage is the perfect way to relax your body and mind. By relieving muscle tension, Swedish massage can be both relaxing and energizing.
The therapist lubricates the skin with massage oil and performs various massage strokes with palms, fingers, elbows, etc. These movements warm up the muscle tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or muscle adhesions.

◆Ultra-low pressure/grief massage "Rain of Light" 

Ultra-weak pressure massage for a deep sense of freedom.

​

Grief Massage is an ultra-weak pressure treatment that does not require any tension at all, born from the treatment of customers with blood circulation disorders for pain that cannot be recovered from or tension that cannot be removed.
You will experience a recovery from the pain and deep sadness that you cannot recover from.

No oil is used, and the massage is done over clothes.

 

This menu is for those who are not fond of oil, want a casual treatment, or are embarrassed to be seen naked. Please change into the treatment clothes provided.

The entire body will be relaxed with acupressure and stretching.

２．Flow of treatment​

​

1)  1) Entering the Room & Changing

Please enter the room and change your clothes.
At Swedish Massage iki, treatments are received while wearing underwear only.
Disposable paper underwear is available if you wish.
You may also wear your own underwear. (In that case, we will ensure that oil does not get on it.


2)Footbath

Please enjoy a footbath while wearing your underwear and gown.
This helps warm your body and cleanse your feet.
During the footbath, you will fill out a counseling sheet and choose your preferred essential oil.
At Swedish Massage iki, we also include a gentle abdominal massage during the treatment while you are lying on your back.
Abdominal massage is a traditional technique rooted in Eastern practices. While some people may feel unsure about it, in recent years the importance of gut health has gained a lot of attention, and many clients find it helpful for relieving lower back tension and promoting overall relaxation.
If you feel uncomfortable with abdominal massage, please let us know at any time.

3) Massage

After the therapist leaves the room, please remove your gown and lie face down under the sheet.
Your body will be covered with a sheet at all times, and only the area being treated will be exposed (for example, one leg at a time).
Your breasts, buttocks, and upper thighs will remain covered at all times for your comfort, privacy, and modesty.
We use a high-quality bed designed for comfort even during long treatments.
We use organic jojoba oil as the base oil, along with organic essential oils selected according to the season


4)After the Treatment

A hot towel will be provided if you would like to remove any excess oil.
The oil will continue to be absorbed into your skin, but you may wipe it off if you prefer

5)Aftercare & Payment

A hair dryer and brush are available after the treatment.

Once you are ready, please relax with a cup of tea while we offer a short post-treatment consultation.

After that, payment can be made.

We accept cash and credit cards.

​

6) Additional Information

Please feel free to let us know in advance if you have any scars, are recovering from surgery, wear a wig, are experiencing hair loss, are on your menstrual period, or would like to bring your own massage oil.

Please contact us at least 2 hours before your appointment if you need to make any changes or have any special requests.

Please note that cosmetics and makeup products are not provided.

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to relax at the coffee shop or on the sofas located on the second floor until your appointment time.


7) After the Treatment

If this is your first oil massage, you may feel tired, sleepy, or deeply relaxed afterward.

We recommend avoiding alcohol and taking it easy for the rest of the day.

３．Late Arrivals and Cancellation

​

We reserve time for one customer at a time. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in the case of same-day cancellations or changes.
 
Late arrivals
If you are late by more than 15 minutes, we may not be able to serve the massage you requested. We will do our best to accommodate you depending on the next customer's appointment time, but in the case of menu changes, you will be charged the price of the menu at the time of your reservation. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Cancellation fees.
If you wish to change the date and time on the day of your appointment, you can do so by one day before your appointment.
If you want to change the date and time on the same day, you have to pay the same amount of cancellation fee as the menu at the time of reservation.

４．Contraindications

Our salon's treatment is not a medical procedure.
For customers with the following symptoms, please consult your doctor and come at your own risk. We are not responsible for any post-surgical health problems.

- Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea, fever, infectious disease
- Broken bones, fractures, dislocations, or severe sprains, hernias, ligament, tendon, or muscle tears, severe pain
- Unhealed wounds, wounds, or recent surgery that have not healed
- History of edema, swelling, varicose veins, phlebitis, or thrombosis
Jaundice, frostbite
-    kidney disease, high blood pressure or heart problems, cancer
-    Pregnancy

５．Directions to the Salon 

How to Get to iki

​

Please get off at Aoyama-itchome Station.

(Ginza Line, Hanzomon Line, or Oedo Line)


Aoyama-itchome Station has Exits 1 and 2, as well as Exits 3, 4, and 5.
Please check your platform and proceed to the ticket gates for Exits 3, 4, and 5.
The salon is a 2-minute walk from Exit 5.


After exiting from Exit 5, take the escalator up to street level and walk in the opposite direction.
After about 30 steps, you will see the building that houses the yakiniku restaurant “Nonki.” This building is called 【Win Aoyama】.

Turn right at the street in front of Nonki, and you will find a supermarket called “My Basket” in the same building.
Beyond My Basket, you will see the entrance to the restaurant area.


To the right of the restaurant entrance, there is a staircase leading up to the second floor.
It can be difficult to find, so please look carefully.

When you go up the stairs, you will arrive at the main entrance on the second floor.
Walk past the reception desk and take the elevator to the 11th floor.
When you reach the 11th floor, proceed down the corridor on the left. The salon is Room 1114 on the right-hand side.


Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.

Until then, you are welcome to use the café and sofa area on the second floor.
